A final reminder message will be sent by Whatsapp 1 day before your appointment, please provide us with a number reachable by Whatsapp and acknowledge to confirm your appointment. We regret to inform you that we will proceed to cancel your appointment if there is no response to the confirmation message.
The prices indicated in the booking system are minimum spend for the specific service and may defer according to your treatment needs. Our eyelist will best advice when you come in for your appointment. We have updated our prices in 2024, you can find out more on the 'Services' page of our website.
A deposit is required for first timers, promo slots and during our festive surcharge period. If you're coming in for a promo, please book your appointment under the appropriate promo type to enjoy the promotion. The deposit goes into your treatment price and you'll just have to top up the difference after your appointment. Deposits strictly can't be refunded in an event of a cancellation or no-show regardless of reason. If you'll like to reschedule please read below.
A link can be found in your confirmation email to manage your appointment. Your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled by 6:00pm the day before your appointment without incurring a $20 late cancellation fee.
The minimum spend for the service you booked for will still apply in the event of any last minute changes. For example: You’ve booked for a Full-set slot that has a minimum spending of $100. You notify us on the day of the appointment to change to a removal ($20) instead. Your removal appointment would still remain at $100, due to the minimum spending of your original appointment.
Touch-ups are for existing set of lashes done by us. If not, it’ll be considered a new set (i.e. touch-up of extensions by us starts from $80, and touch-up of lashes by other studios starts from $110).
Lower lash extensions aren’t for sensitive eyes, and we won't be able to go ahead with lower lash extensions if your lash type or lash health isn't suited for it~ For this reason, we do not recommend adding-on lower lash extensions for your first visit with us. It is best to only get lower lash extensions during a touch-up or subsequent sessions after we've accessed and advised you in-person.
A full set of Lash Extensions takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Touch-ups take 1 to 1.5 hours. Lash Lift and Brow Laminate takes 1 hour.
Depending on your lash care, natural lash growth cycle and preference.Our Lash Extensions last for 4 to 6 weeks on average before requiring a touch-up. Lash Lifts last 5 to 7 weeks before requiring a new lift and to ensure optimal lash health.Daily lash care is recommended for maximum lash retention (e.g. washing your lashes daily with finger tips *gently*, not rubbing your eyes, using light eye makeup, avoiding high concentrated oil-based serum around your eyes, etc.). No changes to your make-up routine after getting a lash lift! However, mascara is not recommended after lash extensions because of the hassle of having to remove it thoroughly after. Any remnants of mascara would be tacky and can be a perfect habitat for a bacteria party~ Eye makeup is okay but ensure that it is cleanly removed.
